Permanent Residence (Green Card)

The green or permanent resident card allows you to live and work in the US as well as rights to claim other people as minor children. Necessary documents:

• 2 Passport size photos.

• Copy of identification (passport, ID, etc.).

• Copy of your Birth Certificate (translated into English and notarized or we can offer you this additional service).

• Copy of your parole, I94 or admission document when you entered the United States.

• Document with the immigrant category such as a copy of Form I-797 (approval or receipt), if required.

• Form I-864 Affidavit of Financial Support (if required).

• Police and judicial record.

• Copy of Marriage or Divorce Certificate.

• List of addresses and work centers in the last 5 years as well as biographical information: date of birth, names of parents and children, etc. Download the necessary biographical data questionnaire.

• If due to low resources, add: letter of illegibility from Children and family (access FL), documents issued by immigration (Notice to appear/Order of Suspicion), copy of most recent taxes (if applicable) and the income tax returns. last 4 weeks.

• If you entered the country as a refugee there is no cost.
