
Initial Work Permit
The Work Permit allows you to work legally in the United States for a period between 1 to 2 years, depending on your immigration status. Documents necessary to present:

Torch (Notice of Action USCIS).
I-94 or parole (if applicable)
Document with your current legal status.
2 Passport size photos.
Identification (Consular ID, passport, driver's license, etc.).
Work Permit Renewal
Current work permit and your copy of your social security

In many cases, the work permit can be processed for low income or with payment forgiveness.
If due to low resources, add: letter of illegibility from Children and family (access FL), documents issued by immigration (Notice to appear/Order of Suspicion), copy of most recent taxes (if applicable) and the income tax returns. last 4 weeks.
Additionally, the first work permit for children can be obtained in order to obtain their social security before residency for other procedures such as tax dependency, etc.
